      Greg Baker of Simi Valley was one of seven Southern California residents who were honored recently at the ninth annual Justice Armand Arabian Leaders In Public Service Awards luncheon in Woodland Hills. The awards are named for the Hon. Armand Arabian, who served as a member of the Supreme Court of California from 1990 to 1996.
