The second floor will provide supplemental instruction/lab space for anatomy, biotechnology and other natural sciences.
Occupancy is scheduled for the fall 2010 semester.
The new building is partially funded from Measure S local bond funds of $17.7 million and state bond funds of $10.4 million.
