The local chapter of Military Order of World Wars and Military Officers Association of America will host a dinner meeting on Thurs., Sept. 25 at Eric's Restaurant, 495 N. Ventu Park Road, Newbury Park.

The guest speaker is Dr. Eduardo Rubinstein, educator of anesthesiology.
