Former Assemblymember Hannah-BethJackson has opened a campaign office at 196003 Sequoia Ave., Simi Valley. The office will serve as home base for Jackson's volunteers in Simi Valley

Jackson opened her office last Saturday after riding with Ventura County firefighters in the Simi Valley Days Parade. When Jackson arrived at her new office, she was greeted by volunteers and supporters. Former Sen. Cathie Wright introduced Jackson to a crowd of 40 supporters. Jackson spoke to the audience about her campaign and record.

Jackson is running to replace term-limited state Sen. Tom McClintock (R-Thousand Oaks) in an open seat in the 19th Senate District, which includes the cities of Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Camarillo, Moorpark, Ojai and others.
