The Simi Valley/ Moorpark Democratic Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wed., Aug. 20 at the Simi Valley Library community room, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.

Robin Gilbert, coordinator for the San Fernando California Clean Money Campaign, is the guest speaker. Gilbert will discuss how clean money functions, how it works in other cities and states, and what is happening locally.

A question and answer period will follow. Refreshments will be served.
