'Little House on the Prairie' star to appear at Pioneer History Day
Lindsay Greenbush, who costarred with her sister in the "Little House on the Prairie" television series from 1974 to 1982, will be appearing at the annual Pioneer History Day on Sat., Aug. 23 at Strathearn Historical Park, 137 Strathearn Place, Simi Valley. Gates open at 10 a.m.
The event is sponsored by the Simi Valley Historical Society.
Lindsay Greenbush, one of the Greenbush twins who played the role of Carrie Ingalls, will be available for autographs and pictures. She will host a question and answer session that will give fans the opportunity to hear what it was like behind the scenes of the TV show and her life since then.
Pioneer History Day includes many family activities and performances featuring a Living History performance at 1 p.m. and a Jazz 'N' Banjos barn dance at 2 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $7 and include all performances.
