Stabbing victim in hospital

Anton Paslavskyy, 25, of Simi Valley was the victim of a stabbing that occurred at 12:45 a.m. July 28.
According to police reports, Simi Valley police officers responded to 1766-C First St. to assist the fire department with Paslavskyy, who was bleeding profusely in the parking lot. He had suffered a stab wound to the right upper leg.
Paslavskyy was taken to Simi Valley Hospital where he underwent surgery and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
Detectives interviewed witnesses at the scene and are handling the investigation. The motive for the stabbing is not known.
No other similar incidents have been reported at this location.
