The Simi Valley Days Persons of the Year will be honored at the Simi Valley Days Denim Gala Dinner on Saturday, Aug. 9 at the barn in Strathearn Historical Park and Museum, 137 Strathearn Place, Simi Valley.

Honorees include Patricia J. Haven, Simi Valley Days Foundation Award; Phil and Mary McPherson, Simi Valley Days Heartfelt Award and Dave McCormick, Simi Valley Days Volunteer Award.

Live music will be provided by Riders of the Purple Sage.
