Standing with Smith, from left, are Harmony, Carrisa and Ajay. Father Chris Heathcoat, who was at the DMV getting tags for his car, took the picture. According to Heathcoat, Smith was waiting outside in the parking lot while his older son, Trey, a sophomore at Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, took his driver's license test.
