When Broker/owner Bob Majorino opened the Moorpark branch of Prudential California Realty, he chose veteran agent Dave Ward as branch manager. Ward is a fulltime real estate professional and he earns business and referrals through his knowledge, competence and concern for his clients' real estate needs.

A resident of Moorpark since 1985 and a California resident since 1953, Ward specializes in residential real estate, ranches and land in Moorpark, Simi Valley, Wood Ranch and all of Ventura County, San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.

He has been a real estate Agent since 1981, selling properties in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. He has leased commercial offices and buildings.

Ward is a licensed General Building Contractor. Along with some residential building, he has constructed six commercial buildings ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. to more than 30,000 sq. ft.
