Town Center hires new GM

Keith Geiger Keith Geiger Keith Geiger has been appointed general manager of Simi Valley Town Center.

Geiger will be responsible for all management duties for the 600,000squarefoot openair shopping center, the first new regional shopping center in Ventura County in a quarter century. He starts his new position July 1 and replaces Greg Lenners, who managed the center since it opened in fall 2005. Lenners will remain with Forest City Enterprises, owner of Simi Valley Town Center, to open a new shopping center in Florida.

Geiger currently serves as general manager of Antelope Valley Mall, also owned by Forest City Enterprises. Geiger joined the company in June 2004 as an assistant general manager at the South Bay Galleria.

He was promoted to general manager of Antelope Valley Mall in January 2006.

Geiger graduated from UC Santa Barbara as a double major with degrees in accounting and communications.
