Simi Valley Town Center will present its free outdoor concert series, "Summer Concerts al fresco," from 6 to 8 p.m. every Thursday from June 12 to Sept. 11 in Center Court, 1555 Simi Town Center Way.

The shows are family-friendly and guests can bring blankets and chairs for seating.

Box dinners from participating restaurants will be available to concertgoers for $10 to $20 each.

Following is the scheduled lineup.

•June 19, Bruce Brothers Band. Blues, jump swing, jazz and R&B.

•June 26, Sandra Piller. Country vocal talent.

•July 3, Late Night Big Band. Eighteen-piece band plays swing originals.

•July 10, Thornbird. Rock.

•July 17, Danny Carreras. Gospel-salsa.

•July 24, The Jeff Jensen Band. Blues, reinvented standards and originals.

•July 31, Festivo. Latin rhythms and dance music.

•Aug. 7, Red Elvises. Rock and roll standards.

•Aug. 14, The Alley Cats. A cappella doo-wop of '50s and '60s.

•Aug. 21, Acadiana leader Teresa Russell performs with Coco Billi, Coco Roussel and Billi Breland. Blues-rock sound.

•Aug. 28, Reno Jones. Southern California R&B and blues band.

•Sept. 4, Acadiana. Cajun/ zydeco.

•Sept. 11, Bob Couto and the North L.A. Jazz Ensemble. Big band sounds, traditional jazz and Dixieland.
