Simi Valley Hospital will host "Seven Keys To A Healthy Heart" health fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 21 at the hospital, 2975 N. Sycamore Drive, Simi Valley.

The event will include free heart healthy screenings and information to keep the heart fit and healthy.

Experts will show how to eat right, stay fit, reduce stress, and stop smoking.

The screenings will be EKG for heart action, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. Participants must fast 14 hours prior to testing.
