'Catch the Reading Bug' at Ventura Co. libraries
      The Ventura County Library summer reading programs will run from Monday, June 16 to Saturday, Aug. 23. The Catch the Reading Bug program is for children through middle school, and Metamorphosis @ Your Library is for children in middle school and above.

Am I crazy?
      My wife and 4-year-old son think I'm crazy. Friday the 13th is approaching, a day that rains bad luck on some people, and I don't want to discover that the air conditioner in my house is broken. I don't want to "accidentally" turn up dead. Even worse, I don't want to find out that TCM is canceling its cable programming.
