The Simi Valley City Council invited all citizens to attend a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 5 in the community room at City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.

The topic is discussion of the city's Fiscal Year 200910 Preliminary Base Budget.

Citizens may voice their opinions on any budget item and provide ideas that they believe should be included the budget.

Copies of the budget will be available for review at City Hall and also at the Simi Valley Library, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.
