Santa Susana High earns $100,000 grant
Money will help school improve specialized programs
      Two local high schools are among the 16 new grantees who will share grants that total $755,000, part of $6.2 million in Specialized Secondary Programs funding. In the Simi Valley Unified School District, Santa Susana High School Law and Society Academy received $100,000.

RHS vocal department presents final concert of year
      The Royal High School Vocal Music Department will present its final concert of the academic year, "Lights, Camera, Action," at 7 p.m. Friday, May 30 at the campus quad, 1402 Royal Ave., Simi Valley. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.
