Public program will discuss colorectal cancer

The Simi Valley Senior Center in partnership with Simi Valley Hospital will offer an educational program on colorectal cancer at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 4 at the senior center, 3900 Avenida Simi.

Dr. David Rosenfeld, a colorectal surgeon and proctologist at Simi Valley Hospital, will discuss what steps can be taken to prevent colon and rectal cancer and what the latest treatments involve.

A question and answer session will follow the lecture.
