Serving in Uniform

Brandon Michael Lang of Simi Valley recently graduated from Navy boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Training Center in Illinois.

Lang was awarded a sharpshooter ribbon during his weapons training.

Lang is stationed in Great Lakes, Ill., for his advanced individual training as an aviation electronics technician.

He is the son of Dan and Lori Lang and the stepson of Leland S. Shapiro of Simi Valley. Lang graduated from Santa Susana High School in 2007.
