Pioneer grad turned patrolman

Jonathan Gutierrez

Jonathan Gutierrez of Simi Valley recently completed the California Highway Patrol cadet training and has been assigned to duty at the CHP South Los Angeles Area office.

Gutierrez is a 1998 graduate of Simi Valley High School. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership from Azusa Pacific University.

Prior to joining the CHP he served three years with the U.S. Army and worked as a supervisor at Costco.
