Auditions being held for 'Jekyll and Hyde'

Cabrillo Music Theatre will hold auditions for "Jekyll & Hyde" Saturday through Tuesday, Dec. 8 to 11.

Non-Equity auditions will take place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8; 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9; and 6 to 11 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11 at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

The call for Equity performers will be from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10 at Madilyn Clark Studios, 10852 Burbank Blvd., North Hollywood.

The musical was adapted from Robert Louis Stevenson's story by Leslie Bricusse and Frank Wildhorn. Auditions are by appointment. Bring a picture and resume. All roles are singing roles and are open to nonunion performers. There is pay for all roles.

The show will be presented March 7 through 16, 2008, in the Kavli Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Rehearsals will begin in February.
