A 19-year-old man was arrested Nov. 15 in the 1500 block of Hidden Ranch Drive and charged with kidnapping.

On Nov. 15, a 23-year-old man was arrested in the 5800 block of Los Angeles Avenue and charged with driving without a license and providing false documents to conceal citizenship status.

A 25-year-old man was arrested Nov. 15 in the 1800 block of Caballero Street and charged with criminal threats, carrying a loaded firearm and possession of the following items: narcotics, a restricted weapon, a firearm, a controlled substance for sale, drug paraphernalia, hypodermic syringe or needle and prescription drugs without a prescription.

Personal property valued at $1,802 was reported stolen from a vehicle Nov. 15 in the 5500 block of Geoffrey Street.

A crime resulting in the loss of $1,600 worth of computer equipment and cash was reported Nov. 16 in the 3200 block of Valarie Avenue.

A 44-year-old man was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with possession of marijuana for sale in the 5800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

Golf equipment valued at $2,800 was reported stolen from a vehicle on Fallon Circle on Nov. 16.

A 29-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, inflicting domestic corporal injury and false imprisonment Nov. 16 in the 6000 block of Saint Clair Avenue.

Jewelry valued at about $20,000 was reported stolen Nov. 17 from a business in the 2600 block of Tapo Canyon Road.

On the corner of Tierra Rejada Road and Stargaze Place, a 29year-old man was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with possession of a smoking device and possession of methamphetamines.

A digital camera valued at $1,600 was reported stolen from a recreational vehicle on the 400 block of Sinaloa Road on Nov. 17.

On Nov. 17, an 18-year-old man was arrested in the 4100 block of Gertrude Street and charged with commercial burglary.

Personal property valued at $5,820 was reported stolen from a home Nov. 17 in the 3300 block of Township Avenue.

A 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with violation of parole, possession of methamphetamines and possession of a smoking device Nov. 17 at the Grand Vista Hotel.

Miscellaneous construction hardware valued at $9,950 was reported stolen from a business in the 1800 block of Angus Road Nov. 17.

On Nov. 18 a 40-year-old man was arrested on Darmont Circle and charged with auto theft.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested Nov. 18 in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road and charged with grand theft.

On Nov. 18, a 29-year-old woman was arrested in the 6500 block of Clear Springs Road and charged with embezzlement.
