Developer should unlock access gate into the hills

Yes, the developer must complete three things before it puts the property on mothballs: 1) complete the storm drain (drainage), 2) put the oak trees back without killing them (landscape), 3) unlock the chain-link gate at the south end of Mount Sinai Drive near the cemetery.

This gate must be reopened. This gate has been locked since the developer started this mess.

We must be able to once again walk the trails and enjoy the hills to the south of the cemetery.

Should the developer decide never to return to complete the building phase, at least the hills won't look completely defaced. Tom Richard Simi Valley
