Blotter A 28-year-old man was arrested Oct. 29 on the 2300 block of First Street and charged with two counts of forgery, two counts of auto theft, conspiracy and two counts of theft by false pretenses. On Nov. 1, a 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with battery on a peace officer on the 2700 block of Tapo Canyon Road. On the 2500 block of Fig Street, a 49-year-old man was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with brandishing a weapon and resisting a peace officer. On Nov. 3, a 38-year-old man was arrested on Spruce Circle and charged with corporal punishment of a spouse. A 27-year-old man was arrested Nov. 3 on the 2200 block of E. Marilyn Street and charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting a peace officer and making criminal threats. Personal property valued at $1,300 was reported stolen Nov. 3 from a home on the 2900 block of Waco Avenue. A 26-year-old man was arrested Nov. 3 on the 2900 block of Cochran Street and charged with commercial burglary, possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of an illegal stimulant and possession of a speed pipe. On Nov. 4, a revolver pistol valued at $700 was reported stolen from a home on Alva Circle. A 33-year-old man was arrested Nov. 4 on the corner of First and Cochran streets, and charged with being under the influence of a controlled stimulant and possession of burglary tools. A $3,000 laptop was reported stolen from a home on the 1500 block of Crater Street on Nov. 4. A 49-year-old man was arrested Nov. 5 on the 600 block of Azure Hills Drive and charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale and resisting a peace officer. Computer equipment valued at $1,350 was reported stolen Nov. 5 from a home on the 6300 block of Menlo Street. On the corner of Los Angeles Avenue and Oak Road on Nov. 5, a 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with obstructing a police officer, theft, driving on a suspended license and forgery of legal documents. Electronic equipment valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a car on the 2300 block of First Street on Nov. 5. A 61-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault Nov. 6 on the 1800 block of Williams Street. On Nov. 6, a vehicle burglary resulting in the loss of $2,250 worth of electronic equipment was reported from the 1200 block of Simi Town Center Way.
A 20-year-old man was arrested Nov. 6 on Madera Road south of Los Angeles Avenue and charged with possession of marijuana for sale and possession of a controlled substance for sale. |
