Provide input to city's General Plan update

A community workshop will be conducted for the city of Simi Valley's General Plan update from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8 at City Council chambers, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.

The workshop is open to members of the community and is intended to provide information about the update process, establish a vision for the city and prepare guiding principles to determine where and how future development will occur, according to a city spokesperson.

Among discussion topics are housing, traffic, open space and services.
