Flu vaccination clinic to be held

A flu vaccination clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29 at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.

The clinic is provided by Maxim Healthcare and is open to adults age 50 and over.

Shots are free to those with Medicare, Secure Horizons or Aetna as primary insurance providers. Otherwise the cost is $30. Provider cards are required for free shots.

Appointments are limited. Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
