Members needed for Council on Aging board

The Simi Valley Council on Aging is accepting applications for its executive board.

Applicants must be at least 60 years of age and live in the city of Simi Valley.

The council conducts fundraising activities that support the Meals on Wheels and Lifeline programs and recreational opportunities at the senior center.

Meetings are held from 1 to 3 p.m. the second Monday of the month at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.

Deadline to apply is Friday, Nov. 30.
