Pet of the Week

THICK AS THIEVES- Thelma, Louise and Harry, three terrier mixes, were found wandering in the desert. They are reported as being "the happiest dogs on the face of the earth." They are super-friendly and love kids, although they can be a bit energetic for the little ones. They would love a home with people who are active and will spend lots of time reaffirming their opinion that humans are awesome.

Animal Rescue Volunteers is a local nonprofit organization making a difference in the lives of hundreds of abused and abandoned animals. Visit them at PetSmart Simi Valley every Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. for their weekly pet adoptions or call 579-8047.
