Bank makes donations to area nonprofits

Wells Fargo recently awarded 18 nonprofits with $1,000 in unsolicited contributions as part of the company's ongoing commitment to support the communities it serves.

The gifting ceremony was during the Community Support Breakfast held at the Camarillo Ranch House.

Organizations receiving grant money included Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, Camarillo Hospice Corporation, Channel Islands YMCA, Comite Cultural Mexicano, Community Pregnancy Clinic, Conejo Youth Employment, El Centrito de la Colonia, Institute of Equestrian Therapy, MANNA of Conejo Valley, Simi Valley YMCA, The Orphan Foundation, the YAC Foundation, and Boys & Girls Club of Moorpark, and Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme.
