Refinance seminars offered

In response to government calls for lenders to provide consumer education, Sabre Mortgage will offer comprehensive Refinance Seminars to educate homeowners on the various programs that are available.

The next two seminars will take place 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10 and 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Marie Callender's Restaurant, 20 W. Cochran St., Simi Valley.

During this seminar, consumers will learn how mortgage programs are structured, how to qualify for the best rates (including credit score improvement), how to lower overall monthly debt payments and how to choose the right loan program and features to fit their financial needs.

There is no charge to attend, but reservations are encouraged.
