Public invited to attend birthday bash

Longtime resident and wellknown local musician Dale Honsinger will celebrate his 55th birthday starting at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6 at the Arena Sports Grill & Bar at 999 Enchanted Way in Simi Valley, and the public is invited to attend.

Gary Hanley will also be performing, along with The Blast from the Past, another country/ rock band from Simi, according to Justin Honsinger, Dale's son and a member of The Blast from the Past.

"We're going to have musicians from Nashville flying in. This is going to be an all-star country lineup," Justin said. "We want the public- especially music fans- to feel they are welcome to come."

Cover charge is $5.

Honsinger was a member of Royal High School's first graduating class and has been in Simi Valley since "he was born in 1952," Justin said.
