Residents win big at Kow Chip Bingo

The Kiwanis Club of Santa Susana hosted the 14th annual Kow Chip Bingo game on Sept. 16 during the Simi Valley Days carnival.

The bingo winners and their cash prizes are Jenney Scovis, $1,000; Mike Sedell, $750; Ryan Picker, $500; and Tom Saulnier, $250.

Sedell donated his winnings to the Key Club at Santa Susana High School.

The Key Club, in turn, will donate part of the winnings to the American Cancer Society through their participation in the Relay for Life event at Royal High School on Saturday, Oct. 6.

The remainder of the funds will benefit children in Simi Valley.
