Miffed over job denial, ongoings at UCC Simi

What country do we live in? I thought it was the USA. In the USA, we speak English.

David Duvos should not be dismayed, he should be outraged. How dare the Simi Valley school district discriminate against an American citizen.

The laws are written in English, the rules are written in English, and the schools are a government entity; therefore David deserves to have the right to apply for any job in the United States school system.

I suggest, David, you have a lawsuit for discrimination against the school district. We are not a bilingual country.

And while I'm at it, Ms. Liliana broke a federal law by crossing the border illegally. Since when does a church supercede federal law?

CLUE is a madeup organization. They have no legal status and have no right saying what laws can or cannot be enforced. Crossing the border illegally or overstaying a visa does not give anyone the right to play stupid and not recognize that once a law is broken it does not apply to them or negate them of responsibility. You cannot pick and choose which laws you will obey.

Mexico claims that if a parent has a child in another country, that child is a Mexican citizen. This is stated in their constitution.

Using a fake birth certificate is her only crime? I consider this more than just a petty slip. How did she get a job? Did she fake a Social Security number also or did she steal one from someone else?

This means that all her papers are fake. She has been denied residency because of her identity fraud, which is not minor.

The city of Simi needs to turn her over to the appropriate officials and stop acting like pantywaists. And the church needs their tax-free status taken away from them for aiding and abetting a criminal. Joy Lomenick Simi Valley
