Simi/Moorpark Democrats' meeting topic will be global warming

The Simi Valley/Moorpark Democratic Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19 at the Simi Valley Library community room, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.

Mel Lowry, the guest speaker, will discuss global warming and how to get involved with preserving the environment.

The meeting is free, and the public is invited.
