Spanish should not be a requirement for job in the school district
      I was outraged that the Simi Valley Unified School District is advertising jobs and telling people that if they don't speak Spanish not to apply. There is no reason that Spanish-speaking people cannot learn English. There are many programs available. We are an English-speaking country.
