Maybe landfill ought to plug 'endless stream' of contract haulers
      Our (nearly full) landfill restricts outofcounty waste. Individuals entering the dump must state the origin of their loads. Why, then, is there an endless stream of out-of-town "contract haulers" dumping here every day? Perhaps Waste Management and the City Council would care to explain.
