The Gas Company receives high marks for customer satisfaction

Southern California Gas Company was recently ranked highest for customer satisfaction among natural gas utilities in the western United States and also scored highest nationwide in the latest J.D. Power and Associates study.

The Gas Company has a Simi Valley operations facility

J.D. Power determined its customer service rankings by interviewing more than 12,000 customers and examining six factors: company image, price and value, communications, billing and payment, customer service and field service.

The Gas Company came out on top among all 56 large natural-gas utilities in the study. Local woman working with gourmet food company
