Wants city to replace speed limisign on Winifred

Now that the city of Simi Valley is bending over backwards to accommodate the new construction project at Tapo Street and Cochran (more tax revenues, oh happy day!), with Winifred Street winnowed down to a single lane, would it be too much to ask the city to (remove) the 35 mph speed limit sign on Winifred- a residential street- and replace it with a sign reflecting the actual speed limit?

I know you can't fight city hall, but while they're in the neighborhood could they fix this oversight? Peter Wilson Simi Valley
