Government wants illegal migrants to keep coming here; they're employed all over town

I agree with the writer who is concerned about an illegal takeover of the United States, and especially Simi Valley, by illegal aliens.

As I watch the "alleged" illegal aliens mow my neighbors' lawns, wash their cars at local Simi car wash establishments, maintain our country clubs and perform laborious work on their home remodels (i.e., HGTV), it scares the heck out of me. Now I have to push "1" for English?

What if they were gone? Maybe our kids would do these jobs? How about the homeless panhandling Anglo couple who sit on the street near Wal-Mart and Home Depot?

Do you think they might want these jobs? We need to open our minds and realize that the illegal immigrant situation is both a good and bad necessity, one that is not going away anytime soon.

If you don't approve of it, ask your family, coworkers and neighbors to stop doing business with establishments that hire our friends from across the border.

I think it is time to stop bashing the illegal alien and point the finger directly at the instigator, the U.S government.

Do you think if the government didn't want them here they would allow them to continue to migrate to this country? Manny Rodriguez Simi Valley
