      Over the past 34 years many things have changed within the Los Angeles Kings franchise. Players come and go, uniform designs have been altered, and the team has moved from the Great Western Forum to Staples Center. One thing, however, has remained constant- the team's voice.

Simi Silver wins in sunny San Diego
      SILVER SLUGGERS- The Simi Valley U-10 Silver softball team took first place in the Silver Division of the Rancho Bernardo All-Star Tournament in San Diego. Simi Valley finished with a 5-1 record. Pictured are coaches Jeff Frankel, Brett Davidson, Lisa Vigo, Dave Taylor and Chris Chandler.

Life's a beach for local ballclub
      BEACH BALLERS- The Simi Valley Youth Baseball U-10 team won the Battle at the Beach tournament in Oxnard. In addition, the team played in the PONY All-Star tournament in East Hollywood and advanced to the second round in Newbury Park.
