Resident's comments on bilingual issue were dead-on
      I would like to thank Joy Lomenick of Simi for telling it like it is. I agree with her wholeheartedly. Next there will be bilingual teachers wanted, as the children are spoken to in their native tongue in their homes and do not learn English before they enter school.
