AARP offering mature driver course at Simi senior center

AARP will conduct a 4.5-hour mature driver refresher course for seniors who have completed the 8hour AARP course within the last five years.

The course will be from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 18 at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.

At the completion of the course, participants will receive a mature driver certificate issued by AARP which could make them eligible for a discount on insurance premiums.

The cost is $10.

Enrollment is limited, and reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
