Workshop offers tips on getting money for school

National College Planners will present a free workshop on how to get thousands of dollars for a child's college education at 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 9 at the Simi Valley Library, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.

Discussion topics include how to triple aid eligibility, how to find scholarships and grants, and how to avoid the increasing prevalence of college scholarship scams.
