Lucy and Ethel

Lucy, a 4-year-old German shepherd, and Ethel, a 10-year-old black Lab, are two goofy girls who can't stand to be apart. According to their foster parents, Ethel is a bit more refined than Lucy and lets her sister have the spotlight, but both are very loving. They're both dog- and people-friendly, as well as house-trained, and they love to fetch the ball. These gals would make a wonderful addition

to any family that has the time to give them

the exercise they need.

Animal Rescue Volunteers is a local nonprofit organization making a difference in the lives of hundreds of abused and abandoned animals. Visit them at PetSmart Simi Valley every Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. for their weekly pet adoptions or call (805) 579-8047.
