Kudos to resident who wrote letter defending Simi PD

First of all, I would like to say that the Acorn has turned out to be a very good local weekly newspaper for Simi Valley residents who choose to read the Acorn instead of just throwing it away.

I'm also glad to see that this periodical seems to actually be doing well and growing. Keep up the good work!

Now for the reason I'm writing: This letter is in response to the letter written by Dave Willard in the June 8, 2007, issue of the Simi Valley Acorn.

To Mr. Willard, I say "Right on! My sentiments exactly."

I couldn't have written a better letter myself in defense of the Simi Valley Police Department.
