Gamble for good with 'funny money'

The Men's Group of Saint Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church presents its inaugural "Casino on Royal" fundraiser from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 16 at the church, 280 Royal Ave., Simi Valley.

The evening will feature gaming with "funny money" at authentic blackjack, poker, craps and roulette tables.

Professionally attired dealers from Casino Knights will explain game rules.

Smokin' Steve's Pit BBQ Catering will serve dinner. Wine, beer, soda and water will be available.

There will be door prizes, awards for the top three winners at the tables and other surprises.

The price of $50 per person includes four hours of gaming, dinner, drinks and $500 in funny money.
