Local students graduate from Azusa Pacific

Two local residents graduated from Azusa Pacific University on May 5.

Theresa Jean Babbitt received a Bachelor of Arts in Christian ministries.

Katie Burns, daughter of John and Cindy Burns, received a Bachelor of Science in liberal studies. She was named to the dean's list for the four years she attended the university and will pursue a master's degree in student affairs for higher education. She has also accepted a position on the university beginning in the fall.
