Simi's Spanish heritage brought to life
 | | COLORFUL STEPS- Mexican Baile Folklorico dancer Elvira Gallegos of Simi Valley swirls the skirts of her traditional dress at the dedication ceremony for the Old St. Rose of Lima church at Strathearn Park on Friday.
