Business owners recognized for outstanding service and sales

Home Instead Senior Care, a provider of non-medical home care and companionship to older adults, has honored local business owners Don and Laurie Reid of Ventura County for outstanding business performance.

The Reids received the Presidential and the Hallmark Awards at the company's International Convention recently in Omaha, Neb.

The awards were presented for superior sales and service satisfaction.

"It's great to be recognized for doing what we love most- serving this area's seniors," Laurie Reid said. "Our CAREGivers make life more fulfilling for older adults every day."

With nearly 37,000 CAREGivers, including those in Ventura County, the Home Instead Senior Care franchise network provides seniors with services such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and shopping.
