Animal visitor captured and released
      A bear was found wandering on a hill side to the rear of homes on the west side of 3100 Geronimo Street in northwestern Simi Valley at 2:46 p.m. May 22. According to police reports, when officers arrived on the scene, they found the black bear in the rear yard of a house.
