Valley View students show their stuff

Valley View Middle School will host the sixth annual Eighth Grade Professional Portfolio Day from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Thursday, May 31 in the gym, 3347 Tapo St., Simi Valley.

Students will present their academic work and show highlights of their success to distinguished individuals.

The event is designed to allow the exchange of positive communication between students and community members and so that the youth will realize the value of their skills is essential is becoming productive citizens of the community.
